Villa Ada is a magnificent residence, located on a small countryside estate, meticulously designed by the owners themselves who are passionate about horse riding. Shaped like a horseshoe, with a central courtyard facing the stables, it is situated on a lush hilltop with a lawn and olive trees.
At the entrance, there is a large veranda perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors and for your relaxation. There are multiple tables available to be personally set up for an aperitif or a home-cooked dinner. You will have access to an outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave.
The structure of the Villa ensures your tranquility and privacy, as the sleeping area is completely independent, including the entrance.
You will have exclusive use of three spacious and bright rooms, including two double rooms and one triple room. For your personal use, there are two bathrooms with a bathtub or a shower cabin. The rooms will be rented with the exclusive use of the bathroom, so there will be a maximum of two groups of guests.
In the basement of the Villa, a charming 50 sqm apartment is perfect for accommodating a couple, including with children, and is available all year round. It consists of a double bedroom and a small living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette. Additionally, there are facilities available, and outside you will find a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue for organizing delicious dinners.

Breakfast at Villa Ada is the moment of gathering, the true pleasure of experiencing the bed and breakfast for both me and my guests.
Multiple tables are set up in the magnificent veranda at the entrance, where you can enjoy local products outdoors while enjoying the beautiful garden.
You will discover interesting flavors: pecorino cheeses, fragrant Sardinian chestnut honey, orange and strawberry tree honey, special jams chosen for you, perhaps discovered during the many festivals throughout the year or handmade with fruits from the garden.
In addition to the usual single-serving jams, Nutella, and butter, homemade cakes, freshly baked bread, and some freshly baked sweet or savory pastries are also available; in short, a new fantasy every morning.

The B&B A Villa Ada has two large and bright rooms and two complete bathrooms for exclusive use for each room. It accommodates up to 5 people, in the Superior double room a crib can be added for a child up to 4 years old, the other room has a double bed and a single bed, both have air conditioning.

The host is a Tuscan lady who has been living in Sardinia for almost thirty years.

It is my pleasure to provide you with all the necessary information and assistance to navigate this still relatively unknown territory, amidst the beauty of Sinis and Costa Verde; to visit the most enchanting beaches, savor typical cuisine in the right places, and organize some special excursions.
